Welcome to the mat.
Your first five minutes on Preta — set up once, then just train and post.

Claim your belt
Profile → Edit Profile — set your belt and stripes, your academy,
and how long you've trained. Your belt colors your profile, your posts and your story ring
everywhere in the app. It's your identity here, so make it honest.

Post your first something
Tap + and pick: a Post (photos, or a mix with video), a Status
(just words — "survived open mat"), or a Story (gone in 24h).
A lone video becomes a Roll and lives in the Rolls tab.
Use #hashtags to be found and @names to tag training partners.

Give an Oss, not a like
Double-tap a photo or hit the OSS button — respect, the way
the mat does it. A double-tap never removes an Oss. The bookmark saves a post
to your collection (it turns gold), and long-pressing any post opens quick actions.

Log your training
Profile → Training Log — one tap logs a day on the mat,
the stepper counts multiple sessions, and your streak builds.
It's private. Nobody sees your log but you.

Find your people
Explore is every post on Preta — search names, academies and hashtags.
Nearby Gyms finds real academies around you.
Follow training partners, message them, start a group chat for your comp squad.

Turn on notifications
Settings → Push to this device — Oss, comments and messages
reach your lock screen. Works once Preta is installed to your home screen
(
install guide).
Worth knowing
Privacy is yours, per post. Hide Oss counts account-wide or on a single post (⋯ menu), keep Rolls off your profile grid, go fully private — Settings → Privacy.
Statuses have their own tab on your profile, next to Posts and Rolls.
The Technique Library lives in Explore — positions, entries and key steps, saveable.
Search your messages from the bar at the top of your inbox.
It's a beta built by one person who trains. Something broken? Settings → Help Center has the contact — it usually gets fixed the same day.
